Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your Museumerry purchase.

30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

How to Return: Email us at renjiameng2@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label and guide you through the process.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: Need a different color or kit? Contact us and we will help you exchange it hassle-free.

Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
