How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout.

Is shipping free? Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the US.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Are your products safe for kids? Yes. All products are non-toxic and BPA-free. Fuse beads are for ages 6+ with adult supervision for ironing.

What is the difference between 5mm and 2.6mm fuse beads? 5mm beads are standard size for beginners. 2.6mm mini beads offer more detail for advanced crafters.

Do tufting kits include everything? Yes! Kits include punch needle, wooden frame, cloth, yarn, backing supplies, and finishing materials.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund.
